Beware, there are agents who do not have any qualifications whatsoever. These companies are not members of any organisation, and therefore there is no control over rents or bonds that they receive.

Another concern should be that they may only have a P.O. Box address or no address visible address at all and, in some cases, only an e–mail address.

Anyone who is wanting to ensure that their property, and their interests are looked after are well advised to contact an established company, and not just an individual who could be well be treating property management as a part time job.

The charge for each service is competitive. It is always worth getting more than one quote, to compare service and fees.

It is important that the property is offered at the correct market rental value. If the rental asked is to high it will take too long to let, and rental income will be lost. If the rental is too low then a landlord will also lose income.
