McDonald Property Rentals is the Fylde’s
Leading Letting Agency, an independent company who have
managed property on the Fylde Coast since 1953. We have
three prominent Letting Centres, at Blackpool, Cleveleys
and Fleetwood.
Our staff of twelve offers a variety
of over ninety properties situated from St Annes through
to Fleetwood. Click to view details

There are many legal requirements, and
there are stringent penalties. If a landlord is unsure
then one should seek advise.
All staff at McDonald Property Rentals
attend Legal Comprehension Courses and have passed qualifying
examinations, set by the Association of Residential
Letting Agents, we advise all our client landlords and
tenants of the legal obligations when letting properties.
Also in house training is given on customer service.
McDonald Property Rentals specialise
in letting residential properties and are proud of the
professional service offered to both Landlords and Tenants.
It is very important that before a Landlord
instructs any agent they should investigate the company.
Beware, there are agents who do not
have any qualifications whatsoever. These companies
are not members of any organisation, and therefore there
is no control over rents or bonds that they receive.
Another concern should be that they
may only have a P.O. Box address or no address visible
address at all and, in some cases, only an e–mail
address.
Anyone who is wanting to ensure that
their property, and their interests are looked after
are well advised to contact an established company,
and not just an individual who could be well be treating
property management as a part time job.
At McDonalds we offer Full Property
Management Service or the Let Only Service.
The charge for each service is competitive.
It is always worth getting more than one quote, to compare
service and fees.
It is important that the property is
offered at the correct market rental value. If the rental
asked is to high it will take too long to let, and rental
income will be lost. If the rental is too low then a
landlord will also lose income.
